Procedures at Surrey Street Family Clinic attract a surcharge which is added to your consultation fee.
The out-of-pocket fee may vary depending on the complexity of the procedure. Please enquire with reception for further details.
Chronic Disease Management Plans and Team Care Arrangements are BULK-BILLED at Surrey Street Family Clinic.
Please note, due to Medicare restrictions we can not address any other unrelated, non urgent medical problems during a management plan consultation.
Medicare guidelines require all Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP) to be prepared using long consultations (>20 mins).

Surrey Street Family Clinic offers onsite iron infusions for medically appropriate conditions.
Ferinject infusions offer a safe, highly effective treatment option for iron deficiency anaemia. Please enquire with reception for an up-to-date price list and for booking details.

We pride ourselves on providing a complete, comfortable and professional service.
Our clinic provides disabled parking and wheelchair friendly access, with no steps or stairs to navigate.
Our spacious patient bathroom is disability compliant and conveniently located for easy access.
Surrey Street Family Clinic boasts 21 dedicated on-site car parking spaces, reserved for patients of the clinic.
Our surgery is conveniently located just off Main Street, reducing the hassle of navigating through traffic or finding a spot to park.
Our dedicated ‘Kid’s Corner’ is equipped to entertain kids and parents alike.
A seperate television displays an array of all-time favourite children’s movies. Toys, books and colouring kits are provided to help make the visit more enjoyable to everyone.
Free Wi-Fi is provided for our busiest of patients. Please enquire with reception for login details.
For your comfort, we offer complimentary bottled water to all of our patients.

Our clinic prefers to see patients in person to discuss medication requirements and renewal prescriptions.
We understand that in some cases, this may not be convenient. Please contact our reception desk to discuss your options.
Surrey Street Family Clinic currently uses Hot Doc for online appointments. These services allow you to book an appointment at any time, 24hrs a day.
In addition to online bookings, please don’t hesitate to call our reception team if you would prefer to make an appointment over the phone. Our clinic phone number is 03 5924 1010.
Home visits and visits to other facilities are available for current patients of the practice. Please contact our staff to request a consultation and if medically safe and reasonable, our doctors will triage and arrange an appointment.
In general, Surrey Street Family Clinic will contact patients over the phone for important results requiring follow up. Less urgent matters will be addressed by SMS (with your consent).
If you would like to speak to our nurse to discuss results, please call during business hours and we will be happy to answer any questions.

After-Hours Care

For less urgent medical attention, please call (03) 5924 1010 and follow the prompts.
Our clinic provides an on-call medical service to existing patients of our practice.
Please note out-of-pocket fees may apply if the doctor is required to visit you after-hours.
