Staff Profiles

Dr. Riley Smith grew up in Melbourne and after completing an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science, he graduated medical school at the University of Notre Dame Australia. He spent his initial years training in surgical roles at the Austin hospital before working across multiple hospitals around Australia as an Emergency doctor. He then completed his Fellowship of General Practice.

Riley continues to expand his knowledge in all areas of medicine, with publications in multiple medical journals. He has a particular interest in minor surgical procedures, skin cancer diagnosis and management, chronic disease management and paediatric medicine. He has additional training in dermoscopy, contraceptive implanon insertion/removals and anti wrinkle injections.

Riley and his family have recently moved to the Mornington Peninsula. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family where his two toddlers keep him incredibly busy. His other passions include cooking, golf and exploring the coast and what the peninsula has to offer.

Dr. Smith is an independent medical practitioner consulting from Surrey Street Family Clinic. He also consults from a local skin cancer clinic and is an orthopaedic surgical assistant.
