Staff Profiles

Dr Jessica McGloin grew up in Hong Kong before moving to Sydney and undertaking a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Sydney. She then moved to Adelaide to study Doctor of Medicine at Flinders University. As a medical student, she enjoyed undertaking hospital rotations in Darwin and Alice Springs.

After graduating medical school in 2013, she worked at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide for 3 years, including working in Internal Medicine, Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Emergency Medicine. Jessica then moved to Melbourne in 2017 to commence her GP training and was granted the Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2019.

Jessica enjoys all aspects of general practice but has special interests in women’s Health, paediatrics, travel medicine and chronic health management.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys baking, the great outdoors and spending time with  her husband and pet rabbits Stampee and Momo.
