Amy can assist you with general healthy eating and in a wider range of nutrition issues such as Cardiovascular disease (including high cholesterol and high blood pressure), Diabetes, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Malnutrition, Pregnancy, Breastfeeding and childhood nutrition.
Amy also loves assisting people overcome the dieting cycle, and can teach you to make positive long term change to your lifestyle, therefore improving body image concerns and your relationship with food.
After growing up in suburban Melbourne, Amy now loves living on the Mornington Peninsula with her husband and daughter. When she is not chasing after her daughter, Amy enjoys cooking, walking, and visiting local markets and beaches with her family.
